These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website operated by Our World Philanthropy Committee (Inc.), a registered non-governmental organisation incorporated under the laws of the Republic of Vanuatu, and having its principal place of business in Port Vila, Vanuatu (hereinafter referred to as “the Organisation”).

By accessing or using this website, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by the Terms set forth herein. If you do not agree to these Terms in full, you are strictly prohibited from using or continuing to access this website.

 

1. Website Purpose and Nature

This website is made available by the Organisation solely for general informational purposes. 8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and any disputes or claims arising in connection with their subject matter shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Vanuatu, without reference to any conflict of laws principles.

You irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Supreme Court of the Republic of Vanuatu for the resolution of all disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms, and you waive any objection to the jurisdiction or venue of such courts, including any claim of forum non conveniens.

If any provision or part of a provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful, invalid, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect and shall be construed so as to best effectuate the intention of the Organisation.

10. Waiver

No waiver by the Organisation of any breach or default under these Terms shall be deemed to be a waiver of any preceding or subsequent breach or default. No waiver shall be effective unless made in writing and signed by an authorised representative of the Organisation.

11. Modifications and Amendments

The Organisation reserves the sole and absolute right to amend, modify, or update these Terms at any time without prior notice. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically for changes. Your continued use of this website after the posting of any modifications constitutes your binding acceptance of such changes.
